Customer + sold-deal data
Certified on the Opentrack Customer API and Deal API. Your sales data lands in reporting without anyone exporting a spreadsheet.
Read-only
We pull data. We never write to your DMS. Nothing in Dealertrack changes because Savvy is connected.

The initial two-year history load is split into chunks and scheduled overnight, off your live system.

Access is a method you add in your own DMS. End-date it and the connection is off. No passwords shared.
Why It Matters
Most marketing reports stop at clicks and leads. The sold deal lives in the DMS, and getting it out usually means someone in the office running an export every month. That report is late, it is incomplete, and it quietly stops happening.

How to Connect Your Store
- In Dealertrack DMS, add the Savvy Dealer Opentrack API method. Add each method one at a time.
- Leave the end date blank so the connection stays on.
- Send us your Enterprise Code and Company Number.
- We confirm the connection and schedule the history load overnight.

Is Savvy Dealer a certified Dealertrack DMS partner?
Yes. Savvy Dealer is a Certified Opentrack Partner. Cox Automotive certified our Dealertrack DMS integration in September 2026 after a live review of every API call we make, and enabled Savvy Dealer on the Opentrack production servers.
What Dealertrack data does Savvy Dealer pull?
Customer and sold-deal data, through the Opentrack Customer API and Deal API. Those are the only two endpoints we are certified on. Adding any other call requires Cox to review and certify it first.
Can Savvy Dealer change anything in my DMS?
Our integration only reads data. We do not create, edit, or delete records in your Dealertrack DMS.
Will the integration slow down my DMS?
Large jobs, like the initial two-year history load, run overnight in small chunks so they stay off your store's live system during business hours.
How do I connect my store?
Inside Dealertrack DMS, add the Savvy Dealer Opentrack API method, leave the end date blank, and send us your Enterprise Code and Company Number. We send every store Cox's step-by-step guide, and we can walk your controller through it on a short call.
What happens to the connection if I cancel?
We stop all calls to your DMS. You can also end-date the Savvy Dealer API method in Dealertrack at any time to cut off access on your side.
