    Choose Your Own Obsession $2,000 Giveaway: Official Rules

    1. Sponsor

    Savvy Dealer, Inc., 2705 Wilson Road, Land O' Lakes, FL 34638 ("Sponsor").

    2. Eligibility

    Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live), who are registered attendees of NADA Show 2027, and who are employed by or an owner of a franchised or independent automobile dealership or dealer group. Employees, contractors, officers and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible. Employees of other NADA Show 2027 exhibitors are not eligible.

    3. Entry Period

    The giveaway runs during NADA Show 2027 exhibit hall hours at the Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, Florida:

    • Thursday, February 18, 2027, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET
    • Friday, February 19, 2027, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET
    • Saturday, February 20, 2027, 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. ET

    Entries are accepted only during these hours.

    4. How to Enter

    Visit Sponsor's Booth 4753 during the Entry Period, view Sponsor's approximately 10-minute AI marketing product demonstration, and give a Sponsor representative your name, dealership, email address and phone number (or have your show badge scanned). You will receive one (1) entry. Limit one (1) entry per person. There is no cost to enter and no obligation to buy anything. Entries can only be made in person at the booth. No online, mail or social media entries are accepted.

    5. Drawing and Odds

    One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on Saturday, February 20, 2027, after the exhibit hall closes at 12:30 p.m. ET, conducted by Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner does not need to be present at the drawing.

    6. Winner Notification

    Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email and/or phone within 5 business days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within 7 days of the first attempt, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and Sponsor may draw an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

    7. Prize

    One (1) prize with a total approximate retail value ("ARV") of $2,000. The winner chooses ONE of the following categories, and Sponsor and the winner will select the specific items or credit within that category, up to $2,000 in total value:

    • Tech: consumer electronics or a gift card from a national electronics retailer.
    • Golf: golf equipment, which may include a launch monitor.
    • Travel: a travel credit or travel gift card.
    • Home: a gift card from a national home improvement retailer.
    • AI: AI smart glasses and a personal AI assistant package, including a setup session with Sponsor's team.

    Total ARV of all prizes: $2,000. The prize is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution except by Sponsor, which may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an item is unavailable. Gift cards are subject to the issuer's terms. The prize will be delivered within 30 days after the winner is confirmed and has chosen a category. Any costs not listed above are the winner's responsibility.

    8. Taxes

    The prize is taxable income to the winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the winner's sole responsibility. The winner must give Sponsor a completed IRS Form W-9 before the prize is delivered, and Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

    9. Employer Policies

    The prize is awarded to the individual entrant, not to their employer. Entrants are responsible for making sure that accepting a prize is allowed under their employer's and any manufacturer's gift policies.

    10. Publicity

    Except where prohibited by law, accepting the prize gives Sponsor permission to use the winner's name, dealership name, city and state, and photo for promotional purposes without further payment.

    11. Use of Your Information

    Information you give to enter will be used to run this giveaway and to contact you about Sponsor's products and services. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.savvydealer.com/privacy-policy.

    12. General Conditions

    By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or breaks these rules. If the giveaway cannot run as planned for any reason outside Sponsor's control (including cancellation or curtailment of NADA Show 2027), Sponsor may cancel, end, or modify it and select the winner from the eligible entries received up to that point.

    13. Release and Limitation of Liability

    By entering, you release Sponsor and its owners, employees and agents from any claim or liability arising from your participation in the giveaway or from accepting or using any prize, to the fullest extent the law allows.

    14. Not Sponsored or Endorsed by Third Parties

    This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA), the Orange County Convention Center, Meta/Facebook, or LinkedIn, and you release each of them from any liability connected with it. The makers and sellers of any product or gift card awarded as a prize are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with, this giveaway.

    15. Governing Law

    This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

    16. Winner's Name

    For the winner's name, email support@savvydealer.com with the subject line "Choose Your Own Obsession Winner" within 60 days after the drawing.
